To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Different hours can be arranged in advance.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house. You can only smoke on the terrace using the ashtrays provided.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Respect for neighbors: Please maintain a moderate noise level, especially after 10:00 PM.
Cleaning: We ask you to leave the house in an orderly condition, disposing of waste in the appropriate containers according to recycling rules.
Damages: Any damages must be reported immediately and may result in charges.
Energy saving: We ask you to turn off lights, air conditioning, and heating when you leave the house.
Security: Make sure to close doors and windows when you leave the house.
